Lutterworth CarLink

CarLink is a service provided by volunteer drivers using their own vehicles. Drivers are reimbursed for their expenses. Journeys must commence in the Lutterworth Rural Area. The service is designed for those who are physically or geographically isolated. You do not need to be elderly or infirm to use this service.

Charges apply for use of this service as agreed with Leicestershire County Council which is the principle financial supporter of this service. Concessions apply for those with Bus Passes or travel tokens. Please note, we cannot provide a car service for hospital appointments. Patients are urged to discuss NHS transportation with their doctor's surgeries for these.

Please note, this is not a taxi service. Acceptance for a journey is subject to the availability of volunteer drivers and all journeys must be booked in advance. You may have to accept some flexibility in timing to fit in with available drivers.
